Increase your strength and mobility – join us for a yoga session with Cynthia Barlow! The class is suitable for beginners, and yoga mats will be provided.
Please note: First class will take place in the library building, the remaining ones will be in Talcott Park, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, we will move back to the library building.
This is a series of Saturday classes running through June 19th, and registration is required for each class you’d like to attend (RSVP below).
