Come find out about Tai-Chi! 
Local instructor Susan Barlow will offer free, socially distant classes outdoors in the library’s upper parking lot. No experience necessary. 
 
Tai chi helps to calm the mind, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen muscles and bones. 
This class is for all ages and includes a series of warm-ups and Qi Gong exercises.
