Tai-chi helps to calm the mind, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen muscles and bones.
Come find out all about it! Local instructor Susan Barlow will offer a series of free classes outdoors in the library’s upper parking lot. No experience necessary. This class is for all ages and includes a series of warm-ups and Qi Gong exercises.
Class will move inside in case of bad weather. Registration is required for each session you’d like to attend.
