RPL will be holding a 4-week Nutrition Class designed for Adults that will begin on Wednesday, February 5. Additional sessions will be held on February 12th, 19th, and 26th. Each week you will learn new nutritional information that will help guide you towards making better diet choices. This program will be presented by a Nutrition Assistant from UCONN – Dept. of Nutritional Science.
At this particular event, the topic will be reducing sugar and increasing fiber. There will also be a cooking demonstration and food sampling.
