The Chinese art of gentle, meditative movement, coordinated with breath for flexibility, relaxation, and improvement in balance. Tai chi helps to calm the mind and strengthen muscles and bones. No experience necessary.
This class takes place outdoors, weather permitting, with unlimited number of guests. However, if raining, we’ll meet indoors with limited number of participants, so please register for one or more of the six one-hour classes.
