researchIT CT offers free online resources as a service of the CT State Library. Here you will find journal, magazine, and newspaper articles for Connecticut public, K12, and academic libraries and their users. We also offer a collection of downloadable eAudios and eBooks for Connecticut residents with valid CT public library card numbers.

• Search the statewide library catalog and request materials that are not found in the Rockville Public Library catalog.
• Access millions of articles from newspapers, magazines, journals, etc.
• Find information on various health and sciences related topics.
• Research various topics for student projects.
• Access genealogy databases such as Heritage Quest.
• Download audio books.

Note on accessing magazine articles:
To access a specific magazine issue/article, please choose the magazine title, then on the next page choose a year and then issue (menu to the right). You will see a list of all articles available for that specific issue – choose either HTML or PDF version to read it. The HTML version has an audio player attached to each article – you can listen to it directly on the page, or download it.
