- JOB FAIR: August 30, 2011 at TicketNetwork in South Windsor

- JOB SEARCH SUPPORT GROUP: Mondays 3:00 PM at the Enfield Senior Center. The North Central Connecticut Re-Employment Group ( NCCRG) meets regularly at the Enfield Senior Center at 299 Elm Street. NCCRG is a free networking support group for unemployed and underemployed workers to assist in the transitional phase towards re-employment. The meetings are held on Mondays from 3:00-5:00 PM with the last half hour reserved for networking. During the meetings, discussions will target networking skills, and other job search strategies. Guest speakers will be brought in from time to time to share expertise in a variety of topics relevant to job seekers. For more information, please contact ALAN at 860-872-0570.

For job seekers, there is an entire learning center dedicated to helping you find the right one. There are practice tests in different career areas and e books to help you study. You will need to have your library card ready the first time you log on.
